Hyundai Motor America released prices and other details about the all-new 2013 Veloster Turbo!
The hot-looking 2013 HyundaiVeloster Turbo prices start at $21,950, which means that the spice-up Veloster model costs $4,500 more than the ordinary Veloster coupe with 1,6L GDI engine and 136 horsepower.
The "$21,950" Veloster is equipped with 201-horsepower 1,6L GDI turbo engine mated to 6-speed manual gearbox, while a six-speed automatic transmission model costs $22,950. The prices mentioned here exclude the $775 car shipping / delivery service.
According to Hyundai Motor America, the all-new 2013 Veloster Turbo with 6-speed manual gearbox is estimated to achieve best-in-segment 38mpg on highway and 26 mpg in the city.
In terms of styling, the new Veloster Turbo differs from its less potent sibling by having a series of stylish add-ons including a unique body kit, side skirts, larger hexagonal signature grille and restyled rear bumper with a par of nicely incorporated oval tailpipes.
In addition, the turbo model also sports LED headlamp and taillights LED accents, stylish 18-inch alloy-wheels and Veloster -exclusive Matte Gray exterior color (Hyundai's first!!). [Source: Hyundai USA]
